Donald Potter

Donald Potter is the current VP of Customer Solutions & Automation North America at Kuehne+Nagel, overseeing the national management of the Automation portfolio since January 2021. Previously held multiple roles at Kuehne+Nagel, including interim VP of Customer Solutions North America and Director of CL Automation & Innovation US. From May 2014 to January 2021, Donald was a Senior Manager at Swisslog, contributing to the Software, Controls, and Integration Unit management team and serving as the regional process owner for Integration Management. Donald has a strong background in project management, with experience handling projects ranging from $5-100 million. Earlier career experience includes serving as Director of Information Technology at A-1 Inc. Exterminators, where Donald implemented technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Donald earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Strome College of Business.
