René van Es

René van Es is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various senior-level roles across multiple regions. Since July 2015, René has been with Kuehne + Nagel, serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Middle East & Africa, as well as in Global Human Resources positions focused on Contract Logistics & Sales. Prior to this, René held significant HR leadership roles at FedEx, Groeneveld Lubrication Solutions, and UPS, gaining expertise in managing large teams and regional HR strategies. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Hull and a Bachelor's degree from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
