Thomas Moser has a diverse education history in the field of construction and electrical work. In 1984, they attended Northcentral Technical College and obtained an Associate's degree in Electronics, which they completed in 1987. In 1988, they attended Northeastern Wisconsin Technical College and obtained another Associate's degree, this time in Electrical. Thomas continued their education at the same institution from 1989 to 1992, completing an Electrical Construction Apprenticeship program. Furthermore, from 1991 to 1995, Thomas attended the Associated General Contractors of America, where they obtained a Certificate of Completion in Construction Superintendent Training. Lastly, in August 1993, they received the Electrical Journeyman certification from the City of Appleton in Wisconsin.
