Brayan Silva has extensive work experience in the development and construction industry. Brayan is currently serving as the Vice President of Development and Construction at Kushner since February 2021. Prior to this role, Brayan held positions at Cedar Realty Trust, Inc. where they were the Director of Development from January 2020 to February 2021 and the Senior Manager of Development from July 2018 to December 2019. Before joining Cedar Realty Trust, Inc., Brayan worked as a Project Manager of Development/Construction at Urban Edge Properties from April 2016 to July 2018. Brayan also served as a Design Project Manager/BIM Manager at Acadia Realty Trust from April 2011 to April 2016 and started their career as a Junior Architect at Stephen Ray Fellman Architects from April 2008 to May 2010.
