Ed Marquette

Ed Marquette is a seasoned legal professional specializing in intellectual property, currently serving as Senior Partner at Kutak Rock since June 2010. Marquette has extensive experience in negotiating complex agreements related to computer systems, hardware development, licensing, and distribution, in addition to prosecuting and enforcing intellectual property rights. Prior to Kutak Rock, Marquette held the position of Senior Partner in Intellectual Property at Sonnenschein Nath and Rosenthal (now Dentons) from 2004 to 2010, and served as Chair of the Intellectual Property Group at Spencer Fane Britt & Browne from 1976 to 2003. Marquette earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Harvard University between 1973 and 1976 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1971 to 1973.
