Elizabeth Fite

Elizabeth Fite is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in various areas of law. Currently serving as a Litigator at Kutak Rock since June 2022, Elizabeth provides full-service litigation and risk management services. Previously, Elizabeth co-founded Rogers & Fite, LLC, where personalized representation was offered to victims of serious vehicular incidents from June 2019 to June 2022. Prior roles include Senior Assistant County Attorney for DeKalb County Government (January 2017 - June 2019), Products Liability and Complex Tort Litigator at King & Spalding LLP (February 2015 - December 2016), and Business Litigator at Kutak Rock (July 2011 - February 2015). Earlier experience encompasses serving as a General Business Litigator at Schreeder, Wheeler & Flint, LLP (June 2006 - August 2011) and a Medical Malpractice Litigator at Owen, Gleaton, Egan, Jones & Sweeney, LLP (August 2005 - May 2006). Elizabeth earned a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Hendrix College.
