Prashant Gupta

Prashant Gupta is a seasoned drilling and workover engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as a Senior Drilling & Workover Engineer at Kuwait Oil Company since June 2016, Prashant has previously held key roles such as Lead Drilling Engineer and Senior Drilling Engineer at Cairn India Ltd from December 2013 to May 2016. Prior to that, Prashant worked as a Drilling Engineer and Well Site Drilling Engineer at Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Ltd from June 2007 to December 2013. The career began with a trainee position at ONGC Limited and ISM Dhanbad, focusing on enhanced oil recovery projects. Prashant holds a PGDM in Operations Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and possesses an M.Tech. in Petroleum Engineering and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from prestigious institutions.
