Katherine Dougherty

Katherine Dougherty is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical program management and operations. Currently serving as a Technical Program Manager at KWI since December 2024, Katherine also founded Chaos Coordinator, KD, in March 2024, focusing on optimizing workflows for individuals using productivity tools like Notion. Previously, Katherine held the position of Product Operations Manager at Bowery Valuation from May 2022 to March 2024, where accountability for team metrics was enhanced alongside previous responsibilities. Additionally, Katherine served as an Agile/Lean Coach, providing insights to improve efficiency within product, design, and technology teams. Prior roles include Manager of Client Support Services at Refinitiv, where integration of Scivantage's services was a key focus, and various leadership positions at Scivantage, culminating in directorship of Business Operations. Katherine Dougherty earned an MBA from Rowan University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on management from the same institution.
