Gabriela Esanu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and project management. Gabriela is currently working as the Lead of HR Admin & Payroll DACH Team at KWS Group since October 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Lead of HR Admin & Payroll International Team from April 2022 to October 2023. Gabriela also served as the Lead of HR Employee Management from September 2021 to April 2022. Before joining KWS Group, they worked at E.ON Business Services where they were an Expert Executive Rewards from September 2016 to December 2019. Additionally, they held roles such as PMO and Expert HR Controlling & Planning at E.ON Business Services. Earlier in their career, Gabriela worked as an Office Manager at TSA Management, Subway and a Human Resources Generalist at GDF SUEZ. Gabriela started their career as a Human Resources Analyst/Recruiter at Convergent Media/Gazeta Sporturilor. Throughout their career, Gabriela has demonstrated strong skills in project management, HR administration, payroll, and recruitment.

Gabriela Esanu holds a Master's degree in Communication and Human Resources from the College of Communication and Public Relations, Bucharest, which they completed from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Communication, and Business Administration from The Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest, from 2001 to 2005. Gabriela completed their high school education at the Economic College "Virgil Madgearu" in Bucharest, specializing in Economics, from 1997 to 2001.
