Marco De Ritis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Marco began their career at Bassoffice, where they worked in marketing and sales from an unspecified date in 2005 to February 2009. Marco then moved on to become a marketing trainer at the Saint-Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economics from February 2010 to August 2010. In September 2010, they worked as a financial planning consultant for the University of Rome "Tor Vergata", focusing on the presentation of European projects. From November 2010 to February 2011, Marco served as an Account Receivable Specialist at HP before being promoted to Team Leader Credit and Collections Italy - Hewlett Packard Financial Services SNBS in March 2011. Marco held this role until June 2013, when they joined Daimler AG as part of their collection department for the Italian retail market. In October 2018, Marco joined the KWS Group as a Team Lead Accounts Receivable, where they currently work.

Marco De Ritis holds a Master's degree in Economics from Universita' Roma Tre, which they completed in 2011. Prior to this, Marco obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Commerce from Università degli studi Roma TRE. Marco has also obtained certifications in Leading Change and Managing Virtual Teams from LinkedIn in 2022.
