Petko Vasilev, LL.M., MBA has a diverse work experience. Petko started their career in 2006 as the Managing Director at Office 1 Superstore / Panda Coop. There, they were responsible for various aspects of the company, including team management, administration, P&L, outlets network management, and business strategies. In 2008, they became the Commercial Director at Magniflex. Then, in 2009, they joined Bayer Crop Science as the ES Regional Manager for South East Europe. During their time there, they successfully managed and led the region. In 2014, they became the Managing Director at KWS Bulgaria. Currently, they serve as the Chairman of the Board for the Bulgarian Seed Industry Association, where they support and advocates EU-related initiatives, cooperates with the Bulgarian Ministry of Agriculture, fights against illegal products, and manages disputes related to seed multiplication.

Petko Vasilev, LL.M., MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (Executive MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General Management from The University of Sheffield, which they attended from 2013 to 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2004, they obtained their Master's degree in Law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. In addition to these degrees, they have also acquired several certifications, including the Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute, Learn to Lead II from Bayer Academy, and Targeted Selection: Interviewer from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
