书山 海 began their work experience in 2011 as an Exp. ETL Software Engineer at Amkor Technology, where they were responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining a B2B system based on RosettaNet standards. In 2014, they joined Merkle as a Senior Developer, playing a leading role in critical development projects and successfully managing developments involving across-capability resources. 书山 also hosted conference calls with overseas BSA/Solution Manager to confirm business requirements and ensure delivery quality and timeline. In 2017, they joined Kyligence as a Senior Solution Architect, providing big data solutions and communicating with customers to meet their business requirements and add value to their businesses. 书山 then served as the Head of RTL/MFG, East China, where they planned, arranged, and integrated internal and external resources to build reproducible industry tactics in the retail and manufacturing industry.

书山 海 earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Dalian Nationalities University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained several certifications in data science and related topics through Coursera, including "Developing Data Products," "Practical Machine Learning," "Regression Models," "Statistical Inference," "Exploratory Data Analysis," "Reproducible Research," "Getting and Cleaning Data," "Machine Learning," "R Programming," and "The Data Scientist's Toolbox." These certifications were obtained between April 2014 and August 2014.
