Linda Hagans

Linda Hagans serves as the Manager of HR Business Development for Canada and Latin America at Kyndryl Canada Limited since September 2021. With an extensive career at IBM Canada beginning in January 2009, Linda has held multiple leadership roles including managing HR engagement across outsourcing deals, acquisitions, and divestitures, and acting as an HR Engagement Manager. Additionally, Linda drives the succession planning process and oversees resource planning and talent management initiatives within IBM Canada. Linda earned a Bachelor of Technology in Administrative Services from Ryerson University between 1972 and 1975.
