Luis Pomar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in integrated service management, IT business tooling, and cloud migration projects. Currently serving as Director of Global Integrated Service Management at Kyndryl since November 2021, Luis leads efforts to align processes with strategic business needs for enhanced value through optimization and automation. Previously, Luis held multiple leadership roles at Kyndryl and IBM, focusing on services excellence, project management for cloud migrations, and SAP transformation initiatives. With additional experience in systems consulting and project management from earlier roles at Corio, Electronic Data Systems, and other firms, Luis has consistently driven successful implementations and revenue growth across various technology sectors. Luis holds a degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
