Mathew Xavier is a seasoned sales and operations professional with extensive experience in global sales and business operations, particularly in the fields of security and resiliency. Currently serving as a Software / Annuity & Services Sales Specialist for Kyndryl since November 2021, Mathew is responsible for creating a global sales pipeline and streamlining the sales ecosystem for Resiliency Orchestration Software. Prior to Kyndryl, Mathew held various senior managerial roles at IBM from 2008 to 2021, focusing on global resiliency services and business operations management, including overseeing the Global SW Sales helpdesk and integrating sales operations for new acquisitions. Mathew's early career included roles in customer service and technical operations within the shipping industry, complemented by a BSc in Nautical Sciences from the College of Advanced Maritime Science and Research.
