Ramesh Kumble

Ramesh Kumble is a Distinguished Engineer and CTO at Kyndryl, where expertise in technology leadership is applied since November 2021. Previously, Ramesh served as CTO and Distinguished Engineer for IBM Managed Application Services from March 2005 to November 2021, focusing on global solutions for running Oracle products on multi-cloud platforms. Ramesh has extensive experience advising Fortune 100 clients on migrating applications to public cloud solutions, supported by deep knowledge of various Oracle products. Prior roles include Senior Director at Corio, where Ramesh introduced Oracle products as Applications on Demand, and Senior Director at Oracle, leading technical consulting for significant clients. Ramesh's career also includes roles as Oracle Lead DBA at The Hartford and as Senior Manager at Canara Bank, developing banking and credit card software. Ramesh holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from the University of Mysore, a Post Graduate Diploma in Statistics from Bangalore University, and a certificate in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc).
