Tien Nguyen

Tien Nguyen is an Associate Director of Infrastructure/Cloud Architecture at Kyndryl since June 2022, focusing on Mainframe Application Management Services and infrastructure modernization strategies. Previously, Tien Nguyen served as a System Programming Specialist at FIS from January 1998 to June 2022, leading transaction systems infrastructure for various industries and ensuring high availability of services. Tien Nguyen began a career at Wal-Mart as a Customer Service Manager from January 1988 to January 1993, providing support and supervision at checkouts while gaining experience in store operations. Tien Nguyen holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Arkansas.
