Greg Hutzel is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience in federal government projects, currently serving as Vice President and Director of the Federal Government Group at KZF Design since August 2016. Previous roles include Project Manager/Architect at Emersion Design LLC from December 2008 to July 2016 and Project Architect at BHDP Architecture from August 2005 to September 2008. Greg served as Chair for the Cincinnati Chapter of the USGBC from 2000 to 2007 and held various architectural positions at leading firms, including GBBN Architects and BHDP Architecture, with early experience as an Intern Architect in both Germany and New York. Greg Hutzel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati, completed between 1988 and 1994, and possesses credentials such as RA, NCARB, PMP, and LEED BDC.
