KZF Design
Lynn Zuch, AICP, LEED AP has extensive experience in community design, planning, and preservation. Lynn is currently serving as the Director of Community Design & Planning at KZF Design. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Planner at the Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission from 2013 to 2017. Lynn also held the position of City Planner at Burgess & Niple from 1999 to 2012 and gained early experience as a City Planner Intern at the Ohio Department of Development from 1997 to 1999. Lynn also had a role at the Ohio Historic Preservation Office, working on the grant for the Ohio Historic Inventory in 1997 and 1998.
Lynn Zuch, AICP, LEED AP obtained a Bachelor's of Environmental Design degree in Architecture from Miami University in the years 1990 to 1994. Continuing with their education, they pursued a Masters degree in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University starting from 1997 and graduating in 1999.
