Justin Tan

Justin Tan is a seasoned professional and leader in the financial services sector, currently serving as Partner and Financial Services Sector Leader for Asia at L.E.K. Consulting since January 2025. Prior to this role, Justin was a Partner and Head of Financial Services Practice at Arthur D. Little from July 2022 to December 2024, and also held an advisory position at Aicadium for a brief period in 2022. Justin led the Financial Services Consulting practice at Mazars from October 2018 to March 2022, following a tenure as Managing Director at Stamford Advisory from 2012 to September 2018. Earlier experience includes positions as Partner at Oliver Wyman (2009-2012), Head of Strategy and Business Development at Merrill Lynch (2007-2009), and Consultant at Oliver Wyman (2000-2007). Justin earned both a Master of Science in Management Science and Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, completing studies there from 1994 to 1998.
