Maurício França

Maurício França is a partner at L.E.K. Consulting in São Paulo. Maurício has over 20 years of experience in the management consulting industry, advising clients on strategy, valuation, and operational improvement projects.

Previously, Maurício worked as an investment director at the Emirates Investment Authority, where they advised its board representatives and the UAE government on the most pressing issues for its multibillion dollar strategic investment portfolio and explored investment opportunities in Latin America. Prior to that, they were a partner at Delta Partners, where they played a senior lead role in strategy, valuation, and operational improvement projects for TMT clients, and in Delta's PE Fund.

Maurício started their career at McKinsey & Company, where they worked as an associate and EM from 1999 to 2002. Maurício then joined Everis Spain / Everis Mexico as a manager / partner management consultant, where they were responsible for the Management Consulting Business in Mexico between 2003 and 2006 and elected Partner in 2005.

Maurício França has an MBA in Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a CEAG in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Engineer from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
