Paulo Vandor

Paulo Vandor is a seasoned strategy advisor and founding partner of the São Paulo office at L.E.K. Consulting, a role held since August 2013. Previously, Paulo served as a partner at Monitor Group from May 2001 to June 2013, where expertise included conducting numerous strategy projects and advising on strategic due diligence for large companies and private equity funds in Brazil and Europe. Paulo's career began as an analyst at McKinsey & Company and ING Bank, with a focus on corporate debt analysis. Paulo holds a graduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo, earned between 1994 and 1998.
