Christina Baker

Christina Baker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at L.L.Bean, serving as a Process Manager and Organization Change Leader since May 2012. In this role, Christina develops and executes Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies, assesses change impacts on key stakeholders and processes, and establishes performance measures to evaluate business processes' health. Additionally, Christina designs and governs cross-functional product development processes and manages continuous improvement projects. Prior to this role, Christina held positions as Project Manager for the Direct Channel and Project Leader in Creative at L.L.Bean from 2001 to 2012. Christina holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Management, both from Husson University.
