Greg Elder

Greg Elder serves as the Chief Retail Officer of L.L.Bean since June 2007, where responsibilities include leading the retail growth strategy and overseeing all Retail and Outlet Stores, Retail Operations, and Retail Marketing within a multi-channel organization known for its outdoor heritage. Prior to this role, Greg Elder held various leadership positions in retail at Eddie Bauer, Inc. from August 1992 to June 2007, managing a significant number of stores and director reports. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Philosophy from Gustavus Adolphus College and studies at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen.
