Haley Smith

Haley Smith currently serves as an Associate Direct Channel Merchant at L.L.Bean since January 2022, overseeing the execution of branded ready-to-wear buying and merchandising strategies while collaborating with the Senior Merchant on product selection and forecasting. Prior experience includes roles as a Merchandising Assistant - Apparel at Garnet Hill, where responsibilities encompassed managing the merchandising and buying process, and various internships focused on merchandising planning and marketing. Haley holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, both from Clark University.
