Ilka Eberly

Ilka Eberly is an experienced merchandising professional with a robust background in the retail industry. Currently serving as the Director of Kids Merchandising at L.L.Bean since April 2015, Ilka previously held positions including VP of Merchandising for Women's at Talbots and Divisional Merchandise Manager roles at several companies, including Company Kids, Urban Outfitters, and Delias. Ilka's career began at Urban Outfitters, where progression included roles from Store Manager to Divisional Merchandise Manager over a span of six years. Additionally, Ilka has extensive experience with American Eagle Outfitters, managing merchandise across multiple tenures.
