Laura Almasi

Laura Almasi, MA, is an experienced communications specialist currently serving as a CS Communications Specialist at L.L.Bean since September 2021. In this role, Laura plans, researches, and produces both written and visual communication to enhance the effectiveness of the Customer Satisfaction team. Prior to this position, Laura accumulated over two decades of experience at Hannaford Supermarkets, holding various titles including Internal Communications Specialist and Digital Communications Specialist. Laura's expertise encompasses the development, design, and publication of internal communications across multiple media channels. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in British History from Saint Joseph's College and a Master of Arts in American and New England Studies from the University of Southern Maine.
