Palmer Depre

Palmer DePre is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Lead HR Business Partner at L.L.Bean since July 2015, having progressed through roles of Sr HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner. Prior to L.L.Bean, Palmer held various positions at Boston College from August 2011 to July 2015, including Associate Director and Assistant Director in Parent Development for Capital Giving, as well as Assistant Director for the Boston College Fund. Earlier career experience includes a role as the Assistant Director of Alumni Relations at Colby College from May 2008 to August 2011. Palmer earned an MBA in Leadership and Management from Boston College and a BA in English from Colby College.
