Rachael Kennedy

Rachael Kennedy is an experienced professional in customer marketing and analytics, currently serving as a Strategic Process Manager at L.L.Bean since March 2007, where roles have included Sr. Process Manager for Merchandising & Supply Chain Operations and Forecasting Process Lead. Prior experience includes various positions such as Sr. Store Planner and Senior Buyer at Talbots, and Assistant Buyer at Filene's. Rachael is pursuing a Master's degree in Data Analytics from Northeastern University, having previously earned a BA in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross. Rachael's expertise encompasses inventory management, organizational redesign, and the use of JDA tools for demand and supply chain planning.
