Scott Hainer

Scott Hainer is a seasoned professional in merchandise and inventory planning, currently serving as the Sr. Merchandise and Inventory Planner for L.L. Bean for Business since May 2013. In this role, Scott is responsible for managing product assortment, merchandising, and forecasting to optimize sales and profit. Scott collaborates with product teams to develop new products, paginates product catalogs, establishes inventory forecasts, and negotiates buy strategies with Supply Chain partners. Prior to joining L.L. Bean, Scott worked as a Category Analyst at Delhaize Group, where achievements included negotiating cost reductions and managing promotional plans across multiple supermarket chains.
