Tammy Noyes

Tammy Noyes has over two decades of experience in recruitment and talent management, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at L.L. Bean since August 2001, specializing in corporate recruiting. Previously, Tammy held positions as a Talent Management Coordinator, providing administrative support to the Talent Management Group, and as a Peak Employment Interviewer, responsible for interviewing and hiring seasonal staff. Prior to these roles, Tammy worked as a Retail Team Leader at L.L. Bean from February 1994 to June 1997, overseeing frontline staff in the Customer Service Department of the flagship store. Tammy Noyes earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Management from the University of Maine, with earlier education at the University of Tampa and Mt Ararat High School.
