David Breslin

David Breslin, PE, currently serves as Manager of Systems Engineering for Integrated Mission Systems at L3Harris Technologies since March 2021. In addition, David has been an Adjunct Professor of Reliability Engineering and Operations Research at the United States Merchant Marine Academy since April 2008 and a grade 8 soccer referee with the Chantilly Youth Association since August 2012. Previous roles include Director of the Auxiliary Systems Division at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Deputy of the Marine Engineering Group, and several leadership positions at the Naval Surface Warfare Center. David has contributed to various professional organizations, including serving as Associate Editor of the Naval Engineers Journal and Chair of the Joint Committee on Environmental Engineering. David holds multiple degrees from Virginia Tech and Stevens Institute of Technology and has extensive experience in engineering management, program management, and technical operations across the naval engineering field.
