Dwight Horne

Dwight Horne is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience at L3Harris Technologies since 2014, where roles included Software Engineering Department Manager and Interim Director of Agile Development Engineering. Horne has successfully managed multiple software development teams, spearheaded projects such as the Proprietary AI Code Assistant for Software Outperformance (PAICASO), and contributed significantly to university capstone projects, earning accolades including 1st prize at the Texas A&M University CS/CE Capstone Expo. In addition to technical roles, Horne serves as an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at Baylor University, teaching advanced courses in data communications and cybersecurity. Horne holds a PhD in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University, along with multiple master's degrees in related fields and a bachelor's degree from Baylor University.
