Rita S. Lane

Rita Lane is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in configuration management and project oversight, currently serving as Associate Manager of Configuration Management at L3Harris Technologies since June 2018. Rita's career includes significant roles at ITT / Exelis / Harris Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed configuration identification and control, as well as leadership positions such as Software Configuration Manager and Group Leader. Beginning in June 1986 at ITT, Rita has developed and maintained comprehensive configuration management operations, ensuring compliance with engineering product documentation standards. Rita holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan (2007-2009) and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Institute of Technology (2010-2011).
