Michael Morotti

Michael Morotti, MSc., currently serves as the Vice President of Global Business Development at L7 Informatics since February 2025. Previously, Michael held the position of Director of Business Development, Global at Sapio Sciences LLC from October 2023 to January 2025 and served in various roles in global business development at Apprentice.io and Abbott between 2019 and October 2023, focusing on STARLIMS LIMS Software for life sciences. Michael's career includes significant positions such as Area Vice President at Simplee and Global Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Medsphere Systems Corporation. Additionally, Michael co-founded Validus Medical Systems as President & Chief Revenue Officer and served as Captain and Pilot at the U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence from 1986 to May 2005. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Medical Informatics from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno.
