Melissa Duhamel has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Melissa started at Desjardins in 2004, where they held positions as a Direct Marketing Advisor, Product Development Advisor, and Product Manager. In 2014, they joined Zag Bank as a Senior Marketing Advisor. Melissa then moved to Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton in 2015, where they worked as a Senior Marketing Advisor and later became the Director of Business Intelligence and Customer Experience. In 2021, they joined Groupe BMR as the Director of E-commerce and Omnichannel Experience and was promoted to the Senior Director of E-commerce, Digital Marketing, and Omnichannel Customer Experience in 2022. Currently, Melissa is the Vice President of Marketing and E-commerce at La Cordée.
Melissa Duhamel completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing at McGill University from 1999 to 2003. Melissa then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from HEC Montréal from 2006 to 2009.
