Elizabeth Baxter is an accomplished Chief People Officer currently serving at La Land Kind Cafe, with prior experience as Vice President of People, Marketing and Communications at Bravas, overseeing a $100 million budget for strategic operations and initiatives. At Torchy's Tacos, Elizabeth directed Human Resources as Chief People Officer while managing a $3 million budget during an expansive growth phase across multiple states.
