Juan Santos

Juan Santos has extensive experience in global education and training within the travel retail sector, currently serving as the Global Education Director for La Prairie & Chantecaille since July 2014. In this role, Juan excels at fostering synergies among distribution channels and developing high-performing education teams that drive retail performance. Previous positions include Regional Training Manager for Travel Retail Americas and Distributor Markets Latin America, where Juan led and coached various trainers and retail coaches, as well as the Regional Education Executive, responsible for coaching 140 Beauty Advisors across significant regions in the US and Canada. Prior experience includes a decade at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in special events and makeup artistry/education. Juan holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication and Media Studies and Drama from Florida State University.
