Juan Ignacio Correa

Juan Ignacio Correa is an experienced design professional with a diverse background in industrial design, mechanical engineering, and service design. Currently serving as Design Director at La Victoria Lab since March 2022, Correa previously held the position of Director of Service Design at Polymath Ventures from January 2017 to March 2022. Correa's earlier roles include Research Mechanical Engineer at Fitbit, where responsibilities encompassed leading multidisciplinary research projects and collaborating with various teams to innovate technologies for future products. Correa also worked at Bumper Glass and Intel Labs, contributing to product design and user experience prototyping. Educational credentials include an MFA in Design and a DMBA Dual Degree from California College of the Arts and a BSc in Product Design Engineering from Universidad EAFIT. As a co-founder and Design Director at De Lápices A Cohetes, Correa managed design projects across multiple industries and fostered client relationships globally.
