Edwin Ruffing

Edwin Ruffing is an experienced quality and supplier management professional with a strong background in continuous improvement and supply chain optimization. Presently serving as Senior Manager - Supplier CI at La-Z-Boy Incorporated since March 2020, Edwin has effectively managed the Supplier Continuous Improvement program while addressing supply risks during critical resin shortages. Prior experience includes roles such as Corporate Manager Supplier Quality at Superior Industries, where Edwin optimized sourcing processes for an $800MM annual spend, and various quality management positions within automotive and manufacturing sectors, including Exide Technologies, Doncasters Southern Tool, and Alcoa. Edwin holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from Drexel University.
