Matt Baer currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Stitch Fix, a role assumed in June 2023. Concurrently, Matt Baer is a Board Member at La-Z-Boy Incorporated since January 2025. Previously, Matt Baer held the position of Chief Customer & Digital Officer at Macy's from March 2020 to June 2023 and served as Vice President at Walmart eCommerce from January 2016 to March 2020. Prior to that, Matt Baer was the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Bezar from January 2014 to January 2016. Educationally, Matt Baer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and two Juris Doctor degrees from the Cardozo School of Law.
