Mauro Sanchez

Mauro Sanchez possesses extensive experience in purchasing and procurement, currently serving in a purchasing role at Labatt Food Service since March 2019. Prior to this, Mauro held the position of Business Development Manager at Cerealto from July 2015 to December 2018 and progressed through various procurement roles at HEB from July 2005 to July 2015, including Global Sourcing Manager and Strategic Sourcing Manager. Mauro began a career in sourcing as a Sourcing Buyer at GE Transportation from January 2004 to June 2005 and briefly worked as an Operations Research Analyst at 7-Eleven in December 2004. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Finance from Universidad Tecmilenio and dual Bachelor's degrees in Chemical Engineering and Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Furthermore, Mauro completed coursework at The University of Texas at Austin, focusing on Chemical Engineering.
