Brenda Velasquez Wagner is an experienced HR executive with a strong background in inclusion, diversity, and talent management. Currently serving as the SVP HR Early Development and Central Labs and Chief Inclusion Diversity and Belonging Officer at LabCorp since March 2020, Brenda has played a pivotal role in developing HR strategies for over 60,000 employees across 60 countries and successfully led HR efforts during the spin-off of Fortrea. Prior to LabCorp, Brenda held senior HR leadership positions at Grant Thornton LLP as Chief People and Culture Officer, and at IQVIA as HR Senior Vice President and Vice President for Global Talent and Total Rewards. Brenda's career began at IBM, where a range of roles was held from Director of Workforce Analytics to Vice President of HR for Global Technology Services North America. Brenda holds a Master of Arts in HR Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Rutgers University.
