Norm McGlaughlin is an experienced professional in the RFID and supply chain sectors, currently serving as the Director of RFID Products at Labelink since August 2012, where responsibilities include establishing and developing the RFID division encompassing business development, pricing, marketing, research and development, and operational execution. Prior to this role, Norm held positions such as Business Manager for the RFID division at Marnlen RFID and Supply Chain and Information Systems Manager at Labelad, managing operations and materials for a significant print manufacturing facility. Earlier career experiences include Project Manager at Mobshop and Technical Project Leader at i2 Technologies, focusing on software development and client-side implementations. Norm holds an MBA in Finance from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Systems Engineering from the University of Regina.
