Bruce Wells

Bruce Wells, PLS, serves as the Survey Manager at LaBella Associates since January 2022, bringing over 40 years of expertise in the Land Surveying profession, with licensure in New York and Vermont. Previously, Bruce held the position of Director of Land Surveying and Principal at The Chazen Companies from October 2011 to January 2022, overseeing diverse projects including forensic surveys and large commercial developments. Bruce's extensive career includes roles as Project Surveyor at C. T. Male Associates, where management of office and field staff on major survey projects was key, and as Survey Group Manager at Clough Harbour & Associates, managing multiple regional offices. Earlier experience includes ownership of Wells Land Surveying, where a variety of surveys were conducted, and as a Survey Technician at Smith & Mahoney, where technical calculations and project management were performed. Bruce holds an AAS in Forestry from Paul Smiths College and graduated from the Dale Carnegie Program.
