Pete Smith has extensive experience in hospitality management, currently serving as Sales Manager and Conference Center Manager at LaBelle Management since May 2015. In this role, Pete has implemented new processes to enhance efficiency and profitability, managed operational supply orders, coordinated event logistics, and ensured exceptional service through meticulous staff scheduling and training. Prior to this position, Pete held roles including Assistant Banquet Manager at LaBelle Management, Banquet Bartender/Server at Comfort Inn & Suites, and Team Leader at CMU Campus Dining. Pete holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management and Professional Sales from Central Michigan University.

A small diner serving bitty burgers and coney dogs grew into a large hospitality company with multiple restaurants and hotel brands. The company has evolved over the last seventy years into a hotel, apartment, and real estate company.
