Benoit Arnaud

Benoit Arnaud serves as the Dean of Programs at EDHEC Business School since September 2010, overseeing a diverse academic portfolio of 25 degree programs for a student body of 10,000 and 2,000 managers and executives with a dedicated team of 170 staff members. Prior roles at EDHEC include Associate Dean for EDHEC Online, where leadership involved launching a comprehensive suite of online degrees, and Associate Dean for Executive Education and MBAs, focusing on enhancing program quality. Benoit also holds a Non-Executive Independent Board Member position at Aguettant Pharmaceuticals and is a member of the Management Board of the Future of Management Education (FOME) Alliance, which promotes the transformative potential of online learning. Previous experience includes managing director and dean of MIP School of Management in Paris, worldwide director of business development at BIC, engagement manager at McKinsey, and financial controller for Rio Tinto's Italian subsidiary. Benoit’s educational background includes a Master's in Science and Executive Engineering from Mines Paris - PSL, an MBA from INSEAD, and a Bachelor of Science from Collège Stanislas Paris.
