Karen A. Kelly has a diverse work experience history. Karen A. started their career as a Marketing and Communications Intern at the Chicago Cultural Alliance in October 2011. In September 2012, they joined Fulbright as an English Teaching Assistant before moving on to work as an Administrative Assistant at the Evangelical Covenant Church from July 2008 to August 2012. In November 2013, Karen joined the Institute of International Education as a Senior Outreach Officer for NYU Abu Dhabi, where they stayed until July 2019. Karen A. then joined Laboratoria as a Regional Partnerships Manager from July 2019 to April 2022, and subsequently became the Regional Partnerships Director from March 2022 onwards.
Karen A. Kelly attended North Park University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a B.A. degree in Global Studies & French. In 2011, they participated in a Study Abroad Semester at Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III, focusing on French Language and Literature.
