Rachael McCaffrey is an experienced fundraising professional with significant roles in various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Fundraising and previously as Head of Fundraising at The Labour Party since March 2018, Rachael has a strong background in partnership development from time as Head of Corporate Partnerships at The Prince's Trust from October 2016 to 2018. Earlier positions include Charity of the Year Manager at BBC from February 2015 to December 2016 and Business Development Manager at Age UK from March 2011 to January 2015. Rachael began the career as a New Business Development Executive at Emap from August 2008 to September 2010. Rachael holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of York, obtained from 2005 to 2008.
