Md Ashif

Md Ashif currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Operation & Training at LabourNet Services India Pvt. Ltd. since December 2013, overseeing onsite training programs across 15 districts in Orissa and managing a significant number of trainers and district coordinators. Responsibilities include government liaison for financial processes, project management, trainer evaluation, and collaboration with various teams to ensure effective program implementation. Prior to this role, Md Ashif worked as a Soft Skills & Sales Trainer, developing training modules and conducting classes for various organizations. Experience also includes a position as a Soft Skills Trainer at Orion Edutech and a customer service role at GENPACT. Md Ashif holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Ranchi University.
